Tha-gyi-loo, Thurein-taung, Kyauk-Pyat-That, Mogok Township, Pyin-Oo-Lwin District, Mandalay Region, Myanmar

The skarn deposit (between marble and leucogranite) is situated in the SW side, near the summit of Thurein-taung. Painite is found here, often with ruby. Associated minerals are dark red sphene, dark blue anatase, dark-red rutile, dark-brownish-orange baddeleyite, axinite, black srilankite, green elbaite, schorl, dravite, yellowish-red zircon and other.
