Crystal Glass
Crystal glass is a man-made glass containing additives, such as barium oxide, zinc oxide or potassium oxide to increase the refractive index and dispersion.
Glass products that contain 24% or less of lead oxide or with other metal oxides (which are used instead of lead oxide), may be referred to as "Crystal Glass". Products with more lead oxide may be referred to as "Lead Crystal".
